Order terms and refund policy
The sections below distinguish direct placements on our own publications from managed outreach orders and subscriptions. By paying, you agree to them. They sit alongside our general terms and privacy policy.
Direct placements on SEO Plus publications
Orders placed through the placements form at the prices on Pricing buy writing, editing and guaranteed publication on a publication owned and edited by SEO Plus. These are one-time orders, not subscriptions. The publication list is private; the editor chooses a title matching the selected tier and topic.
Direct placements: delivery and languages
Standard delivery is 14 calendar days from payment. Express delivery is 7 calendar days and adds 30% to the discounted order total. Batches may publish in stages within the same deadline. English and Arabic versions have separate live URLs and publication dates. Premium includes both versions unless Arabic-only is selected; the other tiers include the language versions selected and paid for at checkout.
Direct placements: cancellations and refunds
Cancellation before production starts is refunded in full. Once writing starts, the placement is delivered and is not refundable, except if SEO Plus cannot publish it, in which case that placement is refunded in full. Published placements are not refundable. Request a cancellation by replying to the order email. These rules apply to direct placements; the managed outreach rules below apply only to that separate service.
Direct placements: corrections and search checks
Each published language version has a 48-hour comment window from its publication. Up to five comments can be submitted per order. Later corrections can be requested by replying to an order email. Every published URL is checked in Google and Bing search results once per 24 hours for 45 days, with an email when first found. A missing result does not establish that the URL is absent from the index. If an article is not confirmed in both engines by day 45, the editor is notified for review. Publication is guaranteed; rankings, traffic and search-engine indexing are not.
Managed outreach and subscriptions: what you are buying
A placement order buys editorial outreach, a written article or mention that includes your link in context, editorial review, and a live published URL once the piece is accepted by the host site. You are paying for the work and the placement, not for a guaranteed ranking position.
Managed outreach: delivery times
- Most single placements go live within ten to twenty business days of receiving your target URL and brief.
- Larger batches are scheduled in stages so the link profile stays natural, and we share the plan up front.
- On a plan, each month's placements are delivered within that month and reported at the end of it.
Managed outreach: cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel before we have started outreach for an order, you get a full refund.
- Once outreach or writing has started, the part of the order not yet placed can be refunded or kept as credit. Work already published cannot be refunded, because the placement exists.
- If we cannot place a piece that meets our editorial standards, we offer a replacement on a comparable site or refund that placement.
Managed outreach: plans and billing
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Yearly plans are paid up front for twelve months of delivery.
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time before the next renewal date. The current period is delivered and is not pro-rated.
- Yearly plans can be cancelled for the remaining, undelivered months as credit toward future work.
Managed outreach: revisions
We will adjust anchor text or the target page before a piece is submitted to a host site. Once a piece is live, edits depend on the host site and are handled case by case.
No ranking guarantee
Search engines decide rankings, so no honest provider can promise a fixed position or a fixed amount of traffic. We promise relevant placements, editorial review, and clear reporting of every live link.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
