Refund policy

Before production starts, an order is refunded in full on request. Once writing has started, the placement is delivered and not refunded, except when SEO Plus cannot publish it: in that case that placement is refunded in full. A published placement is delivered and not refundable.

To ask for a refund, reply to the confirmation email with the order ID. The full order terms are on the order terms page.
