Following the status of an order

The confirmation email carries a private status link. The page opens after a one-time 6-digit code sent to the email the order was placed with; the code works for 15 minutes and the sign-in for 24 hours on that device. The status page shows the placements of the order, the current step, the live URL of each published article and its Google and Bing indexing. An email is sent at every step.

Paid, in the queue: payment received, the editor is matching publications.
In production: the articles are being written and edited. In an order with several placements, articles go live one by one and each appears on the status page as it is published.
Published: every ordered language version is live and the live URLs are on the status page, with the Google and Bing indexing check and a 48-hour comment window.
Completed: the order is closed and the placements stay live.
