DMCA Policy

Seoplus.ae respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and promptly address any alleged copyright infringement in accordance with this law. This policy explains our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims and counter-notifications.

Our commitment extends to protecting original content shared by our readers and contributors. We expect all users to respect intellectual property as well when interacting with seoplus.ae.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notices)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on seoplus.ae in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent. The notice must contain specific information as outlined below. We will remove the infringing content after receiving a valid notice.

A proper DMCA Takedown Notice must include the following elements:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the specific blog post or page on seoplus.ae).
  • Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send your complete DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent at the email address provided in the “Designated Agent” section below. Incomplete notices may not receive action until all required information is furnished.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. We may then replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order against the content provider.

A proper DMCA Counter-Notification must include the following elements:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which seoplus.ae may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.

Please send your complete DMCA Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent at the email address provided in the “Designated Agent” section below.
